Your trust and our credibility are very important. For those reasons, any information you provide us with will not be sold to an outside vendor or third party. Not now. Not next month. Not ever.

The information we do receive from you is stored securely, using software and techniques that safeguard it. Sensitive information such as credit card numbers, addresses, and client names, are protected from unauthorized access.

Finally, if you receive an email from us, it is because you have previously provided us with your email address, or “opted in” to receive that communication. Platinum Tickets is the only entity that will have that address, and we have confidentiality agreements in force that prevent anyone associated with Platinum Tickets from using that, or any other, information.
