After your order has been confirmed we guarantee that you will receive the
tickets you selected and in time for the event. After you receive your order
confirmation, if for any reason the tickets you selected are not available, we
will substitute comparable or better tickets at no additional charge or refund
the total amount of your order. PlatinumTickets.com will never be the cause of
you losing money from doing business with us, we guarantee it.
What if the event is cancelled?
If your event is cancelled for any reason and not rescheduled all charges except
the service charge and delivery charge will be refunded to you. Tickets must be
sent back to our office within 10 days of the announcement of the cancellation.
To ensure that the tickets have been received by our office, we suggest sending
them using a carrier service that provides a proof of delivery.
What if the event is postponed?
If your event is postponed, the tickets will be honored for the rescheduled date
unless you are told otherwise by a PlatinumTickets.com representative. If new
tickets need to be issued, a PlatinumTickets.com representative will call you
and any shipping expenses will be absorbed by our company.
What if I lose my tickets or they are stolen?
Please make sure to treat your tickets the same way you would cash or any
valuable item. Tickets can not be replaced if lost, stolen or damaged. Please
note that direct sun light or heat can damage some tickets.
